Obituary for Scott Ashley
David Scott Ashley, 51, of Abbeville, died Friday, May 6, 2022, at his home. He was born in Abbeville to the late Cecil H. Ashley and Robbie Ann South Ashley.
Scott graduated from Abbeville High School, Class of 1988. An enthusiastic Clemson fan, he enjoyed cheering on the Tigers at every opportunity.
Scott is survived by his sister, Melissa Ashley of Ararat. NC; nephew, Zach Ashley (Erika); great-niece, Sophia Ashley; special friend Daniel Latham; and many extended family and friends.
The family extends their sincere thanks to Daniel Latham for the care and friendship he gave Scott.
There will be a celebration of Scott's life, 3:00PM, Sunday, May 8, 2022 in Melrose Cemetery.
