Obituary for Rebecca Fiddler (Ashby)
Rebecca Ann Fiddler, 86, of Purcellville, VA, died Monday, December 27, 2021, at Forest View Manor in McCormick, SC. She was the wife of the late Richard Fiddler and daughter of W. Earl and Nannie Ashby.
Mrs. Fiddler was born on May 28, 1935, in Berryville, VA and was employed as a beautician for many years.
She was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Lovettsville, VA and member of the Ladies Board of the INOVA Loudoun Hospital. Mrs. Fiddler also enjoyed volunteering for the hospital thrift store, “Twice as Nice”.
Mrs. Fiddler is survived by her daughter, Nan Haslam of Charles Town, W. VA.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Virginia.
