Obituary for Kevin A. Bosler
Kevin A. Bosler, 65, of Abbeville, SC, husband of Sandra Wakefield Bosler, died Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Self Regional Healthcare. He was born in Abbeville, SC to the late Edgar L. and Mattie Atkins Bosler.
A graduate of Abbeville High School, Kevin attended Anderson and Winthrop Colleges. He was employed as a mentor with Greenwood District 50 Schools. An enthusiastic Clemson fan, Kevin enjoyed spending many happy hours 4-wheeling and bike riding.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Myra Peeler.
Kevin is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sandra, of the home; mother-in-law, Barbara Wakefield of Calhoun Falls, SC; his two much loved dogs, Ellie Mae and Ruby; brother, Ronnie Bosler (Cheryl) of Abbeville, SC; sister, Connie Gillespie of Gray Court, SC; friends who held a special place in his life, Mike and Cindy Bowie, Lloyd and Rose Sammons, Ron and Kelly Bosler, and Tammy Wakefield.
Graveside services will be 10:00AM, Saturday, December 18, 2021, in Bells United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wendell Rhodes officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
Memorial contributions, in memory of Kevin, may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Ave., Greenwood, SC 29646.
